MARKET SUMMARY
2022 is in its final quarter of the year and we have seen a positive increase in the economy in certain sectors and overall great to see the government investing again on developing the island and not spending all its money on the covid situation. The hotel industry is looking forward to a full house festive season and reports are that most hotels are fully booked already, with South African Airways opening flights from 15th December having daily flights this will also increase the tourism from the African continent.
The lifting equipment rental industry has seen an improvement and Crane Connect is very thankful for the business we have received this year.
CRANE CONNECT
INVESTING ON THE ISLAND
Crane Connect whom is a relatively new company to Mauritius has made another huge investment into the company by purchasing a Rough Terrain crane 40 ton lifting capacity. This crane is unique to the island as it’s the only rough terrain crane on rental with a dual winch system and has full pick carry capability. The crane is fitted with all the latest technology and safety features.
This crane will be available for rental from January 2022 as its going straight onto a job site for a new project in the north.

The 10 ton Rough Terrain crane is ideal for small project sites such as Villa developments where access is a issue and lifting height for lifting steel or pouring cement is a challenge this crane is ideal for these small construction sites. Main boom height 21m supplied with banana concrete bucket and lifting slings.

The Genie man lift offers an amazing 20 meter reach to get your maintenance work or installation done.

The JCB has a range of attachments, from forks to bucket to man cage offering a wide range of uses with one machine.

This crane offers outstanding lifting capacities even at the maximum 40m main boom.

Our Forklift rental 3 ton diesel forklift we are offering a special monthly rate of MAR 20 000 per month this rates is a dry rate so it excludes operator and diesel.
